The Importance of Health and Social Care
The study of Health and Social Care will enable students to gain an enormous sense of personal achievement by learning how to make a positive difference to people’s lives. The students will be able to utilise this knowledge in any career they choose to do.
Health and Social Care will allow students to develop skills as well as technical knowledge that will provide them with an invaluable and thoughtful perspective on contemporary issues in health and social care. Furthermore, in a recent survey of people working in social care, 88% of people said they were happy in their jobs and 99% said that they like feeling that they help people. So a career in Health and Social Care suggests a positive and fulfilling future.
